You can try both, but these tools can only do so much. They can’t analyze your lifestyle choices, location, filters, preferences, first comments, timing, wardrobe etc. Most people get stuck on scores when they are rather subjective and incomplete.

If you want to give it a try, go ahead. You can generally get feedback from Reddit for free if you are concerned with costs.

The thing is, your profile is shown to humans with individual choices. The more your profile looks/feels like everyone else’s, the harder it is to stand out. Understanding local demographics, trends, algorithms, offline efforts and more are needed to do better with dating.
I tell clients never to rely on dating apps for all or even most of their dating efforts. It’s not healthy. Chances are, with a perfect profile, you still might struggle with dating if your in-person communication skills are bad, you don't know how to plan dates, you don’t know how to dress, you don’t look like your photos.

You can try Reddit but it’s like the blind leading the blind (getting advice from people who are struggling themselves or lack nuance i.e. location, age, cultural backgrounds, biases, etc).
Similarly, most people don’t disclose filters, swipe etiquette, messages etc which matter quite a lot too.
